PATRIOTISM

Let us define the term patriotism; we can define it as the feeling of loving nation with the devotion to enhance the development. After having birth in the nation, we are bound by some kind of duties which are to be fulfilled being a successful person. The man without aim is supposed to be a man without soul, so there must be aim not only for the self-satisfaction but for the nation too.
Feeling of patriotism, in one way lead us to have a self-confident, self-reliant and so on. There are many great persons who lose their lives to save the nation from outsiders. In context, of our nation we can take example of bhimsen thapa, amar singh thapa who devoted their life to save the nation from outsiders.Similarly, there are many martyr’s who had done a great job to save the life of people. So,with passing of time onwards we can feel some kind of emptiness on the performance of people.Nowdays ,we can notice that people are being so discourteous and egocentric. They mostly want to have pro from the nation. They don’t want to confer something for the nation. It the saying of the Abhram Lincoln that “Don’t ask what the nation can give you, think what can you give to the nation." But on observing the today's mostly in context of our nation I just find mysterious and I am in dilemma that what is going on? The big parties and the nation holders who have promises to develop the nation is now just left with their self desire nothing else. They are having discussion within the political parties to have the lead by their own willpower.
I want here to clear you that this is why? Why we are overlooking and not openhanded to solve the problem of present state of affairs. The only thing that we have to develop is feeling of patriotism in a constructive way. Then only some anticipate will elevate.
So, it is the revolve of mine, yours and of course all the people of nation to think about it. Do something for the nation and in arrival we will have something unique.

MOOD DISORDER

Have you every asked yourself why do I feel so sad, why can’t I get enough sleep, why does it like I have the flu all the time, or is everything happening to me. Feelings of sadness and discouragement are normal emotional reactions to difficult situations. But when these feelings last more than a few weeks, or get so bad that they take control of a person's life, it could be a sign of a mood disorder. According to Williams mood disorders is a disturbance of normal mood. Mood disorders fall into two basic categories: unipolar and bipolar disorder. Unipolar disorder, known as depression, is one of the most common mood disorders and can range from mild to life threatening. It can appear at any age, and one in five women and one in 10 men will experience one of the following forms of depression sometime in their lives. Clinical depression refers to a condition serious enough to require professional treatment.
The following are the most common symptoms of a mood disorder. Similarly, they may not complain of a loss of interest or pleasure. Manics may speak rapidly, have unrealistic ideas, and jump from subject to subject. Other factors, such as negative family relationships, serious illness, major loss or change, and substance abuse, can cause or complicate depression. They may also show poor judgment and recklessness and may be argumentative. Genders and sensitivity to seasonal change can play a role in eating or sleeping habits, loss of energy or loss of interests in things that were once enjoyed are all. However, each individual may experience symptoms differently like headache, stomachache, hypersensitivity to failure or rejection.Irritability, aggression in mood disorder; these feelings appear more intense than what a person may normally feel from time to time.
When people deal with finding a treatment for depression many just think of anti-depressants .l but, due to the negative side effects of anti-depressant pills, depressed people are turning toward other alternative treatments. Cardiovascular problems are one side effect in which people experience change in blood pressure or heart rate. In addition gastrointestinal upset causes nausea, diarrhea, constipation or vomiting. Also, neurological difficulties include confusion, hallucination, numbness and seizures. Significant weight changes are also another side effect. Lastly, sedation, which is where a patient experiences anxiety, sleep disturbance and agitation is another side effect of anti-depressants. Behavioral therapy is highly effective, with or without medication, in treating most types of anxiety disorder, the therapy not only teaches the patient to face and react to the situations which triggers the symptoms of anxiety disorder positively, also, it allow the patient to learn about the anxiety thoughts that cause the symptoms, and helps to change their way of thinking to reduce the likelihood of symptoms occurring. Medications can only help to relief the symptoms of anxiety disorder by restoring the chemical imbalance that lead to the symptoms, but does not treat the cause of it.
All of these side effects and how addictive the anti-depressants are make many depressed people find alternative treatments to depression. Exercise will not only help a person with curing depression but they will become healthier physically.

Modernization vs Globalization

It is the age of 21st cyber century and we all people are its product. Likewise modernization and globalization are its parts. In simply we can understand modernization is to get modernized similarly globalization means to get globalize. The article deals with the positive capacity of globalization connected with modernization of the communities of the local closed spaces of “World II”, which refer to both either changes in the form of property and its management and realization, as well as to the processes of management of the production systems themselves and to the whole society. Intense processes of property individualization, as will as processes of property socialization, generalization and realization on large scale collective forms take place. The management itself overcomes the former centralized forms of influence and turns into new forms of horizontal integration and socialization, attraction of a larger number of participants in a certain community towards solving its problems. On the second place, the processes of the modernization connected with the new global world allocation of labor resources, where all communities are involved with their material resources and people.

On the other side, information and other scientific technologies result in quality changes in the production systems, in specific dematerialization of production and occurrence of a new “intelligent economics”, where knowledge turns to be the main source of efficience, ecological compliance and richness. Love

Different people have different opinions about the meaning of Love. Some say ‘Love is Life’. Some say ‘Love is the bridge between two Hearts’. Some believe that ‘Love is the Sense of Belongingness’. Many Dramas and Books have been written on Love and Romance, but still the meaning of Love is abstract. According to me, Love is only the feeling that you express through your behavior.
Love between two people may be meant in different ways. Love between Mother and Son, Love between Brother and Sister is different from the Love between a Boy and a Girl. No doubt, we care for each other in Love but our characterization is different. The Love between a boy and a girl is just a mere attraction towards the opposite sex at first but as they become closer and gets to know each other, the attraction changes into Love. They talk about their future; the gossips beyond the world, about picking the Stars and the Moon, wandering in the Heaven etc. make their Love even deeper. It’s said ‘A true love never lets the tears roll down from the eyes of their love.’ The promises of living and dying together, always trying to make each other happy is Love. Similarly the sense of fear of losing him/her is True Love.
Thus, Love is the feeling that other is the part of their life and the life is incomplete at his/her absence. Love can make everything possible so it’s said ‘Love can change a beast into man.’ In contrary to this, love has brought some fatal crimes, so love is also called blind.

The government of Nepal has declared 2011 to be Nepal Tourism Year, and hopes to attract one million foreign tourists to the country during this year. Impact of mass media on children

"Communication remains God's great gift to humanity without which we cannot be truly human, reflecting God's image." Freedom of speech is a right of individuals as they possess their own free will. Because of their free will, individuals have expressed their thoughts, desires, and aspirations through the mass media. Communicating freely with other affirms the dignity and worth of each and every member of society. Freedom of expression is essential in the attainment and advancement of knowledge. Communication brings forth various ideas and information. People today are better informed and more enlightened thanks to thriving press freedom and expanding mass media here and in many parts of the world. All points of view are represented in the "marketplace of ideas" and society benefits from debate about their worth.
Media's role in society is to inform, educate, and entertain. Moreover, people experience a freedom of the press that becomes an avalanche of conflicting information and opinion. In addition, these values may sometimes contradict or go against the lessons that have been taught in the classroom or by parents.Everthing have its own merits and demerits. Violence in the media has become a commonplace affair. Does television violence result in more aggressive or deviant behavior' Is such behavior likely to lead to criminal behavior' Recent studies have indicated that even the most seemingly benign programs on television, such as cartoons, are filled with violence. Violence in the media influences human behavior in a negative manner. Hundreds of studies have been conducted in recent years evaluating the effects of violence in the media. The results are at best, daunting and somewhat alarming. Some have raised enough question about the effects of media violence to cause researchers to claim the results are inconclusive. However others prove strongly enough that media violence can lead to criminal behavior and many sociologists have concluded that violence in television media impacts viewers in a negative manner. Television violence impacts youths and adolescents much more. Human behavior is the product of internal influences, such as a person's biological pre-disposition or genetic make-up, as well as external factors such as the environment. There have been many studies linking innate human. Our television sets are filled with violence in this modern day. Media violence has been a very controversial issue since there has been concern if media violence is linked to youth violence. Many people believe that media violence is directly linked to other crimes, usually associated with children. Although many people have plausible beliefs that youth and media violence is connected, evidence has proven that the two are not connected. Although it is easy to blame the media for producing violence among the youth; there are many other reasons that could cause a young person to commit acts of violence. Violence in the media is referred to as “mock violence". on the others hand , we can say that media has caused a drastic changes and mostly children are also having a great merit from it as they are more familiar with the extra knowledge, and many things about the world. So we cannot only overview its demerit ,we have to develop .So we cannot only overview its demerit ,we have to develop a positive attitudes towards the work of the medias and it is not only the role of parents to control their children from being addicted to television .It is the right of the whole nation to develop benefits programmes for the children so that they don’t have negative thinking's and then onwards only the nation can have responsible persons and it will have the media as well which can raise up the nation towards development.
